Kevin studied architecture at Syracuse University. Designing livable communities has been a focus of his work for the past decade. He served on then Governor-elect Jack Markell’s transition team on housing. Notable projects include the award-winning communities of Calvert Heights, set in historic Chestertown, Maryland, Speakman Place, an urban Brownfields redevelopment in Wilmington, Delaware, and the Villages of Rocky Run, an active senior living community in Wilmington, Delaware. Kevin has a particular interest in sustainability in our built environment and hosted a regional conference on sustainability in partnership with the University of Delaware during his tenure as president of the Delaware chapter of the American Institute of Architects. Kevin as spoke on accessibility related issues, most recently for the mid-Atlantic regional American Planning Association conference and the Governor’s Conference on Housing in Delaware. He is registered in Pennsylvania and Delaware and is the immediate past president of the Delaware Board of Architects. He chairs the National Council of Architecture Registration Board’s committee on item writing for the Architecture Registration Exam, ARE 5.0.

Rudolph studied architecture at Syracuse University. His Architectural experience includes the Design of Commercial, Institutional, and Residential Projects with Charter Schools and Multifamily Residential Design being the focus of his work. His LEED certification is the basis of his knowledge of “Green” certification and Energy Conservation practices. Rudolph is certified by the Building Performance Institute to perform surveys and testing of existing buildings to determine construction upgrades to conserve energy. He is experienced in three-dimensional building modeling as it applies to Building Informational Modeling (BIM).  He has designed Classroom Buildings and Gymnasiums for Charter Schools in Chester and Upland Pennsylvania, Camden, Galloway and Atlantic City New Jersey. The award-winning community of Bethel Villas, in Wilmington Delaware, is one of his notable multifamily low-income housing projects. He is a registered Architect in Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, and Maryland. He is currently a member of the Uwchlan Township Zoning Hearing Board, and has served on the Uwchlan Township Park and Recreation Board, Downingtown Area Recreation Consortium and the Lionville Community YMCA.
